| Q. I have a question, comment, or sugestion
about the band, who do I contact? A. E-mail htband@charter.net and you will receive a response and your questions routed to the correct person(s). |
| Q. I don't seem to receive any information
concerning the Band. A. Mr. Waid, Mrs Ezell, and Mr. Holmes inform the students and even hand out memos for the parents. The problem is most memos are collected from the band room floor after band and the students forget to inform their parents. The best source of information is at the Band Booster meeting where you can here if from the horses mouth and ask questions. |
| Q. Why should I get involved in Band Boosters,
work in a concession stand, or chaperone? A. To be involved in your child's life. While your student will tell you they do not want you around or involved, they want to know their parents care about their life and interest. Working with the Band Boosters is also a good social life and you will get to know the parents of your child's friends and gain insight into your own child's life, unless they tell you everything they have going on. |
| Q. I want to work on the concession stand, what do
I need to do? A. E-mail htband@charter.net with your name, phone number, and any prefered dates you would like to work. |
| Q. I would like to chaperone a football game or
other event, what do I do? A. Debbie Arington is the chaperone coordinator. E-mail htband@charter.net with your name and phone number and Debbie will be notified of your request. |
| Q. When are the Band Booster meetings? A. The Band Booster meeting are the second Monday of the month with the exception of months that begin with the letter "J", January, June, July. The meetings start at 7 P.M. and every effort will be made to keep them under one hour. |
